-20 Matted Stalls with dutch doors to in & out all weather paddocks

-Auto waterers 

-84x200 full Olympic size dressage arena with viewing area attached to barn

-2 Wash Stalls

-3 Grooming Stalls 

-Tack Room 

-Locker room for ample storage 

-Laundry Room

-Feed Room

-Bathroom 

-Staff lives on premise
